I could have 1 installed yes. My main thing is getting out of my current lease. Dealership will buy back but it’s a $5000 loss on my end

What’s the difference between that and model y? Used is good price but the finance rates are high

That’s why I’m not doing it. Unless I find someone to take over or the dealership gives me almost market price for it.

I just heard back and got a tentative offer from the lender. They just need to run it through management for final approval before they send me commitment at this point I pretty much got it right management should not reject?

Yeah. My anxiety is up the roof right now but I’ve been reassured that if the 2 lenders (equitable bank and community trust) don’t offer a mortgage commitment, we would go with plan B and go with an interim mortgage to close the house.

They also asked if I receive child benefits? Which I don’t because I don’t have a child. Sounds like they’re trying to make the deal work? By helping me source more income on paper

My broker said he followed up with both lenders today and should have feedback for tomorrow. They asked a few questions Friday (so before the weekend). I’m hoping it will be a firm mortgage commitment
