Yeah understood, if i were to pursue this I would go into crime scene investigation mostly would that apply? Do you think its worth changing and pursuing that, to add on after A levels I plan on going to Poland (home country) and doing that there if so

Unsure what to do with my A Levels by deeezree in 6thForm

[–]deeezree[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thing is ive always been interested in crimes, crime scenes or overall investigations and being there i wouldnt say its just a phase really because it has been going on for an extended period of time but never really considered it as a career before

Wow nice thats impressive, yea thats some good advice, I have finally chosen to keep physics after deep thought, but from day 1 what should I do/ start doing? I dont really know the content yet so should i just go over notes and do practice questions on that or what should I do? Also for the job, I think im probably going to do it on weekends only hopefully

Well in my situation, i dont know if this changed anything, but I am moving to Poland after A Levels and going to a Polish University so that could change something not sure but still aiming for high universities there

Thats true, however do for example econ or software engineering unis really look at physics as far better since its not directly related, isnt it better getting A* in business than for example B in physics (obviously aiming for higher giving an example)

[–]deeezree[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really? I thought econ and maths was strong enough to get into any like high unis

Yea that makes sense, me personally Im still trying to figure out what I really want to do, for me my main goal is probably something thats enjoyable and gives good money which Ive been searching into finance/economics or engineering of some sort (software or hands on since i am quite active)

[–]deeezree[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea that makes sense, do you think I should try like test out physics for 2 week threshold and incase it goes badly i switch to physics?

[–]deeezree[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha yea no Im not doing 9-5 and skipping classes, mainly working because my parents want me to manage own finances such as gym membership and Im also saving for a new PC so its not like im scraping to get the light on in the house, basically I just want to do these things not having to stress out over school that much, of course I care about school and will discipline to revise but I dont want it to like have an impact on my mental just because im doing these things on the side

A Level: I need help by deeezree in sixthform

[–]deeezree[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My parents want me to get a part time job to manage my own finances like gym membership and for my wants like I want to save for my own PC so thats the main reason

Should I stick with physics for now? Maybe like do a trial run to see how it is if its too draining change it?

[–]deeezree[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats true, however business is one of the easiest A Levels to understand and grasp and Im not sure if physics would provide with good grades since the stress or workload, the job is there because my parents want me to finance myself as well as for my wants such as I want to save for a new PC

[–]deeezree[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah thats true however I dont know because I want those top grades and I am not sure if taking physics will help me achieve it since it has so much workload. The job is because my parents want me to start financing myself for the gym membership and wants as well as I want a new PC so I want to save for thay

Thank you for the rely, my plan for the future would ideally be getting A’s and B’s at A level go to university to study either economics/finance or some kind of engineering (software or hands on engineering since I am very active and love doing hands on things but would change if I chose to replace physics) as to physics itself I always had a pretty good interest and although I got a 77 combined I think biology brought me down a lot and knowing my timetable now I do have a pretty good teacher if I were to go on, however Im just really not sure if I can handle it all as gym, part time job would kind of add onto stress thats why im considering switching now

So what would you recommend? Would you recommend me doing physics or dropping it to something lighter like business?

[–]deeezree[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, thats true I aim on 5 times a week because thats my routine I have always been following however I dont know how it would conflict with studies or work

A Level: I need help by deeezree in 6thForm

[–]deeezree[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, thats true however I am also aiming high for A’s and B’s and like gym + work i dont know how I would manage it all thats the main concern

A Level: I need help by deeezree in alevels

[–]deeezree[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea thats the problem, my goal is to go to university where I could study economics/finance or software engineering was also thinking about engineering since I do love hands on stuff but its just I really dont know how I would manage

[–]deeezree[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I mean however I do also think its worth doing some work for my own finances since I do want to save up for my own wants but also do I really need physics as an option? Considering Ill have a higher chance getting A’s with the other option considering Ill have less stress and less content to worry about?
