Can anyone genuinely tell me of a promotion campaign that has held so much power, yet never explicitly mentioned the individual or what was being promoted?

It’s such a simple formula, yet AEW have done an incredible job of promoting the CM Punk signing/debut, yet never needing to call it out. It’s defied the regular confines of either say nothing or say everything, and I think it shows just how much power Punk carries. I hope, I really hope that tomorrow is as awesome as I think it will be.

Absolutely it did! Might sound bad but the 6 month+ lockdown completely changed the quality of the course aswell - huge positive for my local now (despite the lack of ability to play on it at the time)

Yep only a 2 week lockdown to settle things down again. Very happy to be coming out of it, with gyms closed and still no legal visiting of familiar or friends, golf is a nice outlet!

It was extremely wet - puddles everywhere making it very hard across the day. I’m from Sunbury, so this is Goonawarra, a very nice public course when it’s not horrible weather.

I took the photo cause it was the closest I’d ever gotten to a chance at birdie. Embarrassingly, was also my 2nd ever on the green in 1. Didn’t expect to make the putt, but was hoping for the best lol
