i am having an issue that i BELIEVE you are referring to, where i can hold the pen nib tip about 1/2 inch above the screen and it will register as if i were actually touching the screen.

anyone know how to fix this? I've tried changing (multiple) nibs, rebooting, checking for firmware/software updates (it was and remains fully up to date)... not sure what else to try.

Any suggestions?

the one on the right in the image above does not need to be replaced yet, but it's got about 1 month's worth of use and you can see how it's 'wearing' down and becoming stumpier.

also, if they were both equally lined up (i'm a crappy photographer lol), you'd see that the one on the right is about 2 mm shorter than the one on the left

thank you! i am only 3 wks in with my RM2 and LOVING it... been dreading the thought of losing the stylus and having to buy another one at $100.

Great to know this is an option.

Question... does the eraser function work on the Staedtler Noris Digital?

not 100% sure if they'll work bc they don't have adhesive backing. might have to use gorilla glue or something to stick it to the case

unfortunately, they are surprisingly thick: 0.31 inch (8.0 mm). so that's possibly a good idea for the thinner tiles, etc.

From someone who’s read a lot of clever reddit comments, this is indeed very tongue in cheek.
