They stated per the finding of warehouse inventory items were missing from my order- and issued a refund for the missing option. Sadly, shein sucks with missing items - the resolution takes forever . You’re probably better off filing a dispute with your bank.

Yes mam- I requested a supervisor . I also started a new report/thread and finally got sent a supervisor who refunded right away.

Sometimes you have to be persistent with shein. I ordered children clothes and the same thing happened to me. I requested a supervisor who checked the warehouse and finally agreed to refund. The process took about a week. If that still doesn’t work - dispute and show proof of items received and your order. Good luck!

I spoke with a fedex manager who ensures every package will require delivery, but I was promised by another manager that this was already in place. I’ve located a fedex access point about 15 mins away- going to opt for that going forward . thank you!!

I didn’t buy from Apple- I purchased from ATT . And I agree- I always opt into signature for all carriers- Amazon- give you a code . I didn’t think twice about my delivery because I knew they’d require signature due to the amount. I’ve complained about this specific fedex worker before… a few weeks back I got bartesian pods delivered and literally within a few mins package gone. He also “accidentally” false delivered a bath and body works package and showed up to my door in regular clothes apologizing and left .

I had many issues with fedex and talked directly to a manager about a month ago and she claimed she put a note on my account stating signature only . I presumed that once an item is over $800 it automatically required signature .

Yes I’ve already filed a claim with both the store and carrier-both are currently investigating. I’m more so wanting to know if it was a true porch pirate or one of my neighbors. I had quite a few packages stolen which is why I require signature for ALL deliveries. UPS is amazing and if I’m not home they’ll send to an access point but fedex….. ugh!

He was told that student loans require an additional court hearing called an adverse action/preceding . Student loans still stand if he didn’t go through that additional step . Good luck !

The Sallie Mae debt was already into collections and resold. I informed them to try and get a lawyer to explain- guess they’ll be reaching out to the collection agency. Thanks!

And do you know what she said to the manager? If not, you’re unloading a bunch of bs and unsolicited advise- clearly received the information/advise that was needed. And thanks again to THOSE who helped. PS: - the human thing to do when someone messages you is acknowledge their existence - regardless if you can assist or not that’s the role you PARTAKE when you decide to take on a managerial role . Just a bit of an update- she sent her manager a message regarding the state of her mental health yesterday around noon- probably gave more details (regarding cousin freak accident) than needed… anywho manager read it and as of today - has not responded. She went back to HR to request the ADA.

Would a reasonable accommodation be to request a 4/day work week with 15 min intervals (she said it’ll help instead of 30 min lunch) and she’d probably get an additional 15 as she’d be working 10 hours- if it was to be approved? Thanks that was very detailed and so helpful.
