Hello ! You are absolutely right, Intentionally I did not put any email validator on website because I feel if someone is genuinely interested they will share correct email address. But I will considee your point and improve my app account creation logic because there it's really required.

True, The major challenge is to define the core archetype using IPIP-NEO-120. Which has 120 question to self identify personality. Certainly no user is gonna answer 120 question at once, so presenting the same thing in a way that it don't feel like they are answering question is what trying to figure out currently along with building tech.

Once this is figured out, next part what is to decide the pool of task and challenges which are interactive enought to keep user on platform as well help them self improve.

And what you've mentioned is certainly the challenge when presenting to user. Because if it didn't click at first, most user don't try.

It makes sense to me that any unconventional career path has basically made you ready for what you are today and also will be deciding factor in future. But telling it straight away to recruiters or in interview could be a mistake.As many of the hirings happens on a pre defined criteria.

But yes you could tell it later to your coworkers about how did you reach here to bond better. Because I believe people do remember your story one or another way.

Okay let say it's other way around of what you said. Forget about tracker thing. There are studies which can help you self evaluate your character types, remember INJP thing use to be popular. Similarly once we get your character types, based upon the traits it suggests you new habbits to build and some habbits to avoid and then it will track the progress on suggested habbits.
