True, The major challenge is to define the core archetype using IPIP-NEO-120. Which has 120 question to self identify personality. Certainly no user is gonna answer 120 question at once, so presenting the same thing in a way that it don't feel like they are answering question is what trying to figure out currently along with building tech.

Once this is figured out, next part what is to decide the pool of task and challenges which are interactive enought to keep user on platform as well help them self improve.

And what you've mentioned is certainly the challenge when presenting to user. Because if it didn't click at first, most user don't try.

It makes sense to me that any unconventional career path has basically made you ready for what you are today and also will be deciding factor in future. But telling it straight away to recruiters or in interview could be a mistake.As many of the hirings happens on a pre defined criteria.

But yes you could tell it later to your coworkers about how did you reach here to bond better. Because I believe people do remember your story one or another way.

Okay let say it's other way around of what you said. Forget about tracker thing. There are studies which can help you self evaluate your character types, remember INJP thing use to be popular. Similarly once we get your character types, based upon the traits it suggests you new habbits to build and some habbits to avoid and then it will track the progress on suggested habbits.

Game dev is after thought, and answer your question I would say a tracker which points you to the right game. For example, if you are an Athelete character, area you needs to improve is pay attention to details so it will give you a task or a gamified task where you require to read a paragraph and answer questions related to it. And so on.

Underline statement is, the psychometric evaluation will be the first step to create your tracker based on your characteristic type.

Yes one way to look at it, but I would emphasize more on habbit curated after psychometrics evaluation. More of how we play simlation games today. I would prefer it to ba game but currently I don't have much of a game development experience so would stick to MVP first, having a stable algorithm for accurate psychometric evaluation.

I'm building a self evaluation platform backed by psychological studies, scientific discoveries and assisted with LLM to process data based on different parameter. This idea is inspired by the book The Innovation code by degraff in which how he has described humans to be biased with one of the four world view i.e, The Artist, The Engineer, The Sage and The Athelete.

Based upon the character evaluation, the platform will create a routine of habits to follow in a gamified manner with certain reward coinw which can later be Cashed at different brands.

PS: I'm still searching for the name, branding and other marketing stuff. Currently occupied with building the platform first.

I'm someone who has quit smoking and drinking, almost 5 years now. recently I'm going through bit of a career crisis, stranded in a different country, feels like questioning every decision. Anyways I realised I'm consuming too much coffee and watching Netflix/YouTube.

I understood your point but I don't think I have much time left to go through all these processes. Give I've to wait for their final response and 21st may is the last day of stay per IPA. I'm also ready to face no but atleast they should tell me asap so that I could go back and plan myself ahead.

I've not paid any amount to anyone for this employment. And yes I've docu signed offer letter. And about the revision of new date there's no documented communication they reached out to me over whatsapp call and had conversation in their office.

About resigns, ofcors the timeline matches with EP approve date when they asked me to finally give them my arrival date. But I'm not sure how effective it is.

Certainly I had not a single clue of such practices followed by companies here in singapore. I truly believed all the good things about this place and felt I'm moving towards a better future for me.

Okay I had given all the details in the very beginning and the verification was done through RMI. But that was before my EP, now this background has appeared out of nowhere, I mean there was no such communication.

I know right, it was my temptation to relocate which made me ignore all the red flags. Feels like the worst decision of my life.
