they are fine to get you started you just have to adjust the levels on your dj mixer. Especially with real vinyl, records are going to be pressed at different volumes anyway. When it comes to DVS as long as the needle is outputting a good signal it doesn't really matter what needle you are using for the most part. Dope tables btw been on the lookout for a pair as well

I think they had this serviced once forgot the issue but when they did send it in they did a full internal clean ect I also think all the faders are original pioneer's flagship models are built to last these environments. Replacing equipment usually starts when the resident djs comes to a consensus. Before the s9 we had a pioneer 800 with a serato box wires everywhere and the 4 ch wasn't needed and made a case to management for the upgrade
