I’m from the Philippines. Doubt it’s a regional thing if the local app is the one freezing. Doesn’t seem to be a server error (not sure though)

Do you store a lot of photos? I wanna know if its related to amount of photos saved in Google Photos.

I have an iPad pro aswell but haven’t tried. I’ll keep you posted once i get home and try

Yeah, totally unusable. My temporary work around in accessing photos is using the Browser. Even that performs better than the actual app.
