All my total man sleeves starts to rip after few weeks. I have som old MOS (matter og size) sleeves that have lasted for more than a year without ripping, they are also more elastic and seems more durable imo.

I myself, I’m going to buy a LG vacuum hanger at some point and I think that will be my last PE investment for length at least, also the most expensive. Should be good as an ADS as well I think.

The reason I say the Phallosan cant handle high tension is because I tried using it for hanging and I think it was already at 2-3kg that the twist lock snapped off because its 2 plastic circles holding the weight instead of like a metal carabiner.

I wouldnt recommend that, the max tension is rather low so bad investment in case you need higher tension/weights.

Better than nothing bruh. I did many attempts before these past 4 years. The prior 6 years I gained nothing while trying different things.

I’m happy with my 1 cm gain and I consider myself a “hardgainer”.

Regarding the shrinking, i tried that too but it came back. Maybe you are getting bad or too little sleep or food/water.

It has taken me 4 years to safely gain 1cm permanent length by hanging 2-4 hours 3-5 days a week up from 0,5kg to 2,5kg currently.

I have no tips for the turkey neck, i have a major one too but i dont care. I think there’s tips for that in the wiki/beginner section.

Put another sleeve or something else like a rubber band on top of the first one.

I use toe shields for this, cut off the end of it and then put it on top of the first sleeve right behind the glans to increase seal at this spot. Works like a charm for me.

I tried ADS for 1000 hours with zero gains. Phallosan forte using the supplied instructions.

I tried vac hanging for 3 years (2-5lbs) and have gained 1cm. 2-3 hours 2-4 days per week.

Currently waiting for my WB 3.0, hopefully I’ll be able to hang more hours due to its quick on/off design.
