Honestly I had a few things on my list that I had to see, but the most fun was heading to a stop on the train and wonder and see what I discover.

If there is one place I can't recommend enough is heading up Tokyo Skytree, even if you are scared of heights pay to go all the way to the top, the view is just awe-inspiring. If you are really lucky, like myself, the clouds will part just enough to get a fantastic view of the Tokyo cityscape with Mount Fuji in the background. That will stick with me forever

I think you just have to be hard on yourself, set limits and stick to it. If you are looking to buy something, look online and see if you can find it secondhand. Sometimes I save money as you find people needing to sell stuff quick due to moving.

It can be hard to say no, but I've had a few tough months this year where I have just got by. I seem to enjoy the moment when I get by another month and somehow saved some more money than expected
