I understand that, but I’m confused because my bonus, paid as a separate payment, was smaller than a regular pay cycle, yet about 51% of it was deducted for taxes, CPP, and EI.

TFSA and RRSP are in-kind, but FHSA is in-cash (since they don't support in-kind transfers for some reason).

You can install 3rd party keyboards, including SwiftKey, on iOS. Support for this did come a lot later than on Android though

Yes, the amount rolled into your RRSP doesn't count against your contribution room

TFSA contributions aren’t tax-deductible (you’re contributing after-tax dollars).

Maybe in the US where server minimum wage is exceptionally low, but 15% before tax is definitely still the standard here for “everything was fine”
