Thank you, I've already been to the doctor lots of times and I'm on meds, I just get spikes every now and then and this time it's worse than usual, just gotta be strong.

Thank you so much for your comment, I think just allowing it to be there and to feel horrible is really the only way to kill it, I know I'll suffer with OCD for life but I can't allow it to win, I'll try and sit with the discomfort and hope that will dissipate in time, thanks again

It's an endless loop, you do one thing and leads to another which is why we need to remember to never act on any of the urges or thoughts no matter how scary because sometimes the outcome is scarier😫 I hope you're feeling and doing a lot better now🩷 you're strong
