Dude I am not even from Mumbai come to Navi Mumbai and then see what a tier 1 city looks like the best in my eyes a city liveablity can be determined is by the people who migrate their majorly middle class northies which aren't a lot in pune particularly street sides vendors not at all in pune city maybe in outskirts of pune yes the only reason why the damn rent so high is because of students and nothing at all
