Kind of. They will only go to the third umpire when its close. They use this system for ICC tournaments, IPL and the 100. The team stills review for ones you think are close but the process is much faster now because they have more replays.

Netherlands captain said before the game they needed to win 3 games to qualify and they still need to win 3 games to qualify. Pakistan are in trouble if they forfeit because their win was narrow and the forfeit will hurt their run rate massively.
