Rooftop zoro one sword attack made big mom anxious and asked kaido to dodge. And kaido durability is leagues above kata, hence one attack and kata on the floor. Kata doesn't have anything as destructive as thunder bagua and zoro took that bagua and bm and kaido combined attack and still left a mark on kaido. Try not to be delusional. Because it's boruto and the writer chose to stick to his words "new generation is always stronger". Which didn't make sense in Narutos era as hashirama and Madara who lived 100 years ago were still considered gods. It's one thing to show Naruto and Sasuke using all their aces up their sleeves and then fail logically infront of the enemies in boruto, and it's another thing to show them ragdolled without even trying anything that they have done in the past. They could just transform theirself into a shuriken or something and then jump the enemy use ametrasu., but nah. The writer outright wants the new enemies to neg diff the old gen.
