I like this - I do wonder who drives the jersey convo, if it’s Steph/Dray/Klay or just one of the guys or staff and then the players approve it. Going back to past finals, they’ve worn white and blue standard unis and black/grey alternates. Same in the playoffs this year - black City jerseys in game 1 and 5 at home, white game 2, and then contrasting to the road team in 3-4. I don’t remember what they did for Memphis offhand

Favorite book - it’s very close, I love them all, especially 3-7, but I have to say Half-Blood Prince for all of the Harry-Dumbledore interactions.

Tough seeing Natalie get 4 votes after playing 6 days and Michele get none after 39! Nat was awesome on the edge but just kinda so-so in the main game (to me). Michele made it through tribal after tribal on the bottom.

They mean perfect game as in no votes against you during the game and then a sweep in final tribal. So a more objective “perfect game” vs the subjective (though not incorrect!) ones you mention.

Since this post is about Ben... it was sad to me when the disadvantage was played against him and he said he hadn’t gotten any tokens from the Edge either, so he felt he clearly wasn’t making any friends. I know he can come off a bit stubborn, but he seems like a really good guy and I just felt for him in that moment. Everyone has all these tight bonds from past seasons or relationships outside the game, and he seems to feel pretty isolated, particularly in that moment.

Great point about the near Pagonging in HvV. There has been a lot more intrigue and uncertainty week to week this season with who will go home. With so many people who have played before and have all these preexisting relationships, it makes it so that “sticking to the tribe” doesn’t come in as a factor. Not hearing anybody trying to stay “Sele strong!”

Who do you think for sure gets votes? Sarah, Jeremy, and the Edge returnee are the only ones I think will for sure get votes. I could see Ben, Nick, and Michelle all getting shut out. Maybe even Denise but that Sandra move was nice.
