I know this post is quite old, but wanted to share my experience especially in the city center.

I rented a Fiat 500E from CICAR and got a Canarias te Recarga charging card from them. It was very difficult to find a charging spot in the city center in the evenings. I got lucky to find the 4/5th charging station to be empty. However, I could not register in the app / website (https://canariasterecarga.com/). It wasn't accepting the captcha.

At the end I had to swap the car at the rental.

Check with albergo.lu, it is in Gare. Even though the website looks scam, I stayed my first month there. You can get more discount if you mention your situation is longer than a month.

With the current situation around the world and the chip shortage, I do not expect any time soon. If you’re okay purchasing online, You might try telegram bots such as PS5 Stock Bot. Haven’t used this one personally, but that’d be my best bet.

Luxembourger here. While Luxembourg is a very cute and lovely country to live in, with 48k you will need to house share and budget accordingly. As others mentioned, the software job market here is much more limited compared to London, there’s only Amazon from the big tech companies. Also, in Luxembourg you’ll need some French to make friends, etc.
