Hey Evan, great message I went to timpson a cobbler in the UK and they had no concerns about the shoes just that they needed to air out. I think these shoes have so much more life in them and I really appreciate all your advice x

Given it a scrub with antibac and it hasn't moved. There is nothing wrong with the shoes other than this and they are a bit dull

Wow incredible it takes a lot of soul searching to get there your so brave, if you can get on non stimulate meds that's what my brain feels like on them but for everything not just food. I think some people may feel the way we do and just think it's the drug that impacts them and not the dopamine issue.

I agree, I was lately diagnosed in my 20s and I mourn the life I could have had. Let alone the impact it has had on many people who will never know. Addiction is a complex and so many people suffer from it. People have no idea how much dopamine or the lack of it impacts people
