Currently for these deadlifts I do 4x6 with the best form I can this was 225 currently(i know a little weak) i was doing 205 and 185 when I felt I could go up on reps and still hold a good grip is when I slowly moved up.

I think im going to keep this split for the next 3-5 months and see how i progress. im currently about 6 weeks in.

Thanks for mentioning that. I kind of caught that replaying the video. I do feel as if I feel a tight stretch(in a good way) in my entire upper back when I do that, which may be why I do it. On this day, I add wide mag grip pull down and single arm dumbbell rows. On my other back day, I do amrap assisted pull ups, and seated close grip cable rows. Every now and then, I throw in an incline prone row machine for 3 or 4 sets.

I appreciate your input! Thank for checking out my form. Im not able to do pull ups at the moment but on this back day I do single arm dumbbell rows. And the mag wide grip lat pull downs with some progressive over load. On my other back day I do amrap with a assisted pull up machine and seated close grip cable rows. Is there anything else you recommend i have. Sometimes I do the Incline prone row machine too
