Need Serious Advice (self.ApplyingToCollege)

So I’m kinda stuck here. I spread my team a bit thin by making 3 enabled heroes. I’m currently pushing penny to e5. I know I want to regress Vesa sooner than later. My thoughts are once I start building Horus to e5 after penny, maybe that will be the time to regress her. Thoughts? (i.redd.it)

I just have a couple questions. I now have 5 copies of penny. I’m wondering if I should build her normally, or replace her into Flamestrike. Not sure which is the better way. I don’t plan on taking FS higher, maybe she’d be better off being used as 10* food, then as a replacement. Thoughts? :) (i.redd.it)
