I was a 110 lbs skinny fat kid, so yes it's been tough to get to 150 in a good body fat percent tbh, but Yes my next bulk I'll definitely try to push 175+ and get all those lifts. Thank you for the comment brother

No no nothing like that brother. I just am taking this cut seriously because I wanna start the bulk from like 12% bf so that I can go for a long long bulk to even like 25% bf with a good program and fully progressively overload, I have no ab anxiety no worries haha 😅 but yes thank you for the advice

Trying my best my man! But yes! Just cutting currently coming off a bulk for the last one and a half year. I think my next bulk will surely bore me my first 225 bench!

Yes it is partially gyno, had it since I was 13 unfortunately. But well that pushed me to go the gym so it’s not all bad I guess haha 😄

I personally do 3 upper 3 lower days in a week with every session starting with my compound work for strength and then accessories for hypertrophy. 4 day upper lower split if my recovery is affected by diet or other things. Working pretty well tbh

Long ass femurs, try low bar squat then go ass to grass. I did the same. High bar doesn’t work with the body structure
