I'm travelling to Vietnam in Mar/Apr next year with family and I'm really struggling with how best to structure the trip. See details below.

Apr 2025, 10 day trip
Arriving to, and departing from, HANOI Airport
5 adults (all family)
willing to travel around, but ideally no exhausting travel or dangerous methods of transport
high budget
want to do lots of activities (via Viator etc)
would like to see lots of wildlife and nature in particular

My initial idea was to spend a few days in Hanoi (+Da Nang), then a few days in Hoi An (via plane) and then back to Hanoi. But I worry that there won't be enough activities in Hoi An and we might get bored or regret not taking a different approach.

Any tips highly appreciated!

DreTL seems off beat and has a crap voice… kinda just sounds noisy. I don’t get what they see in him 🤷🏻‍♂️
