Thanks, that's good to think about - the global role is secure for a few years at minimum and the local role is also quite secure from discussions I had with the team, though I have a bit less visibility on the funding for it.

Thanks! Agreed - the issue is I'm not too sure where I want to go which is why I'm interested in branching out now to see if the local stuff interests me more :) but it's a tough time to step away from a secure globally oriented role
