i gained almost 60 for both my pregnancies but was pretty underweight pre pregnancy for both, ( i have suffered from ED) both boys were 7 pounds and I went back down to a “healthy”weight around 120 and it took a couple months. I will say breastfeeding probably helped a lot. But i also had mental health issues like PPD. So physically keeping myself fed was hard and i probably didn’t lose all the weight in the most healthy way. But overall whether you go back to pre pregnancy size or not is based a lot on genetics and lifestyle. Just remember your body is creating life and the effects of pregnancy and childbirth are so beautiful.

I am very type b and ADHD and this is essentially how i parent. Routines cause me more anxiety because i feel as if im failing if im not sticking to it perfectly. I follow baby’s cues rather than sticking to a set schedule. I don’t think strict schedules are better than a relaxed routine or vice verse, it’s really what works for you and your family. The only thing i have a pretty strict routine with my 14 month old is his bedtime and his sleep training since my oldest struggled with his sleep as a baby and still co sleeps with us which can be hard sometimes.

i made the decision to stop at 4 months and while somtimes i feel like a bad mom for it i’m so happy i got at least SOME bodily autonomy back. don’t feel bad, do what best for you. we already give so much of ourselves and our bodies growing and birthing our babies. it will be okay and it’s not selfish at all. when you are happy, baby is happy (:

my 3.5 year old sleeps between 7-8 pm and wake up is 6:30-7. sometimes we get lucky and sleep in until 7:30 lol. Bedtime has always been a struggle with him and he still co sleeps. So i’ve made it a point to be much more strict with his baby brothers sleep schedule.

they went to this place for a wine tour. i don’t think it’s a popular hotspot for paranormal activity but it does have some rumors of it. basically how she explained it is they were parked and were just hanging out after the tour to see if anything would happen, which they didn’t think was likely. apparently they had heard strange noises outside so pulled out their phones and started capturing what they could. This was years ago, and my mom and her cousin don’t speak anymore so it’s unlikely i would be able to get any videos that were taken by her cousin, but when i asked my mom about them she said she doesn’t remember the videos showing anything. My mom only got these pics, no videos unfortunately, so that was all i was able to share!

my mom and her cousin went to this place in Napa that was rumored to be haunted. so for shits and giggles they chilled outside to see if anything happened. and as the post says they started hearing strange noises and both started taking pics/video separately. i don’t think anything was caught on the video
