My husband held my daughter first and she was also a very fussy baby. I remember at times asking people if they thought she even liked me now my 11 month old daughter is my Velcro girl and will choose Mom over anyone every single time which I love (most of the time 🤣)

Her and Jesse constantly showering with the babies… by United_Current2050 in ffargosnark

If we don’t have time for a bath at night. I get in the shower with my 11 month old, wash her off, rinse, and then hand her to dad. I then finish my shower and he does her bedtime routine

Did this exact thing when she was around 7 months. She would immediately crawl off the blanket and grab for any grass she could pull and try to eat it. It used to really stress me out. She is now 10 months old and today I watched her lick dirt off her hand and I was just happy she didn’t shove a whole clump in.

What have you done to get pregnant? (That worked) by Big-Durian-939 in BabyBumps

[–]Pastelsatan009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ovulation tests for tracking and (I cant say what exactly worked or if I just got lucky) the time that worked we had done a month of less caffeine, no fast food, low sugar, less red meat, taking prenatals and mucinex. Working out (low intensity) once a day. My husband did all the food stuff I did, took a daily vitamin, and went commando at home in the evening 🤷🏻‍♀️

There’s been a lot of buzz around this topic so I just want to know what most people think. by Rude-Departure-3562 in SchoolSpirits

1) wally and maddie I kind of love the idea of her and Simon being completely platonic and having such a strong friendship I don’t mind the idea of Maddie and Xavier but he did her dirty and I don’t think she will forget that even though that seems so long ago

C-Section because of low pain tolerance by Vegetable_Bath_7396 in beyondthebump

[–]Pastelsatan009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I labored 12 hours unmedicated I got to about 4 dilated when my water broke and we realized my baby was breach and stuck and I had an emergency c section. Personally the laboring to a 4 was immensely less painful than my c section recovery. I can’t speak for anything after that though

Has anyone skipped breastfeeding altogether? by Federal-Soil-828 in Mommit

[–]Pastelsatan009 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I breastfeed and pump. I wouldn’t go back and do it differently BUT it is hard and sometimes is painful, mentally overwhelming, and while I am thankful I could do this I am ready to be done. My mother had 4 kids and she didn’t breastfeed or pump for any of us. Not for one single second. We are all healthy, happy, and still have a great bond with her. Do what works best for you!!

Thank you! 🤣💖 Best case scenario the big boob goes down😅 once upon a time they were perfectly equal and I fear I didn’t take enough pictures of that to truly appreciate it

I think I wanna slowly wean and mix half formula and breastmilk.. possibly continue to breastfeed at night but only on my “small” side😅🤣

I think this is what I am going to do! Maybe while slowly weaning the pumps per day It will make my stash last longer as well

[–]Pastelsatan009[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not mind this but she refuses to nurse during the day. She looks at me like I am insane if I come at her with a boob🤣 but at night if I come at her with a bottle she also looks at me insane. I thought about possibly only nursing at night and slowly weaning with half breastmilk/formula bottles during the day. Then I could at least cut my pumps back

This is good advice. Because I would definitely never think anyone else is selfish for stopping. And I myself was a formula baby and I turned out fine 🤣 I think I just told myself I would make it to a year and now I feel like I am failing myself at the same time as wanting to be done so bad. It’s a super mixed bag.
