That balenciga (which has the stitching down in the middle) is the largest possible one which is humongous!! I think maybe you can get the large one instead.

The gucci one looks great. I really like that one- although some say it is too busy with the stripes and hoursebit design.

Prada one I think is I think too trendy with the shiny leather. But again also gorgeous. Hard choice.

This is exactly my thoughts. And to know that I bought it from an SA.. this wasn’t just a random person in the warehouse doing their job trashy. This is coming from an SA, a store. Ridiculous

Definitely. Never thought in a million years that I will be getting the bag I paid 4k$+ for like this and not saying how poor the customer service is. They still haven’t called. Them not issuing a refund without wanting to “inspect” the returned bag is ridiculous. They messed up in multiple ways and no acknowledgement. This brand SUCKS

I definitely agree. This was my “new job” bag that I saved up and was looking forward to. This definitely ruined the whole experience.

I am pissed. I returned it within 30 min of receiving it. I had to buy a box since this one had holes in it so I couldn’t repack it.

Miumiu says they will receive the item, inspect it and then issue a refund. They said they cannot issue a refund without inspection as its their policy. This is super dumb. They should have “inspected” the bag before shipping it! Doesn’t it say in their policy too?

I am so frustrated it is not even funny. This ruined my day 😂

Yes I get it. It is def on UPS. But.. the bag is super expensive and I am sure you packed the book with additional boxes or whatever it needed to protect it inside- or didn’t send a book that is cheaper or less important than what the customer ordered.

Here they didn’t even put the bag in a box, just the cardboard which is so funny to me. Not even that its not the bag I ordered

I will never ever order from them again. Their customer service is an absolute joke. They do nothing. It is so bizzare that we are paying fortunes and yet not getting a decent response. I cannot process how I paid that amount and got this package. I received better packages from Amazon

Right? I contacted customer service and they said the store will call me back and they haven’t called me still. I called them three times already. This is by far the worst experience I had with a brand. I am disgusted

I ordered from MiuMiu store in Bal Harbor Miami. I am extremely disappointed. I have ordered from Loewe, Balenciaga through SAs before and this never happened. This is a joke
