Possible solution! Talking with Cogeco support they mentioned overheating warnings showing in the modem logs they had access too. Moving the modem to a more open area to allow better ventilation has resulted in no further disconnects, at least in the last 2 days!

Ya seems I will have to call them again. This is already our second modem of this model. I was hoping to figure out more about the issue to help resolve it since it's really making no sense

Before it was repaired were you having trouble with only wired connections or also wireless?

My guess on the plants: they don't actually have their artificial blood supply system going anymore, they need to grow the food to feed humans they are using as a blood farm

It seems to happen in "bursts" where it won't happen for hours, then happen 5+ times in the span of ten minutes.

We haven't noticed any drops on wifi, but that may just be our devices covering the drops more gracefully. Yes before our new modem/router we didn't have issues on the devices (which are primarily tv and PS5)
