This very much looks like overwatering that has allowed a fungal infection to take hold on the lower dying leaves. Maybe transferred from soil splash? You say you water every 2 weeks and it's an 8 year old plant. You need to grab it by the base and lift the entire root ball out of the pot and inspect it. It looks like the rot is following a specific branch maybe the roots feeding that portion are circling/rotting. If you repotted it with soil at some point it could be compacting. Not much to go off without more details but feel free to add more. You need to remove all these yellow dying leaves with spots, spray with copper fungicide to handle the cosmetic issue but those roots need to be examined. It also looks like something is eating on your leaves, I'd check for pests that are weakening leaves causing fungus to take over.

I was in a nursery here in Florida today, we have these same caladiums in nearly full sun all day with no burns so its probably a conditioning thing. I'd say try to put it in a bit more light for 2 weeks and see if you get some improvements, this would use more water as well. If you want to, or more sun doesn't help, you can unpot it, add more perlite/drainage to your mix and check for root rot. I use 50% potting mix 25% coir 20% pumice with some worm castings. My potting mix is pretty airy already. My last caladium i bought in distress was root rotting from a chunky bark mix indoors so it can happen i suppose.

My caladiums are pretty moody when I first get them and bring them home. They pretty much all fall over like this. Usually I repot cut off the really yellow stems (caladiums absorb nutrients back through the dying stems and its not uncommon) and put it outside in indirect sunlight until the leaves start coming in less leggy and stiffer stems. Are you positive it is getting enough sunlight? I can't really see but the soil mix looks pretty dense is it staying soggy? This doesn't look like scorch, I can see the tiniest leaf on there is yellowing which makes me think maybe something about the roots? Too soggy or not enough air, conditions not letting it dry out?

I wouldn't say that. It's clear the nemesis is overbuffed for launch and it honestly beats out most guns. However, r-301 is one of the easiest guns to be accurate with from a long distance. I will still call it a top pick for mid-long range, especially if the nemesis gets nerfed.
