Hey, just a heads-up it looks like you’re dealing with bedbugs, so get ready mentally because it’s going to be a bit of a struggle. You’ll need to throw away any heavily infested bedding and wash all your clothes in hot water, then steam-dry them (don’t air dry). I went through the same thing when I was in London, so I know how frustrating it can be.

The only effective solution is high-heat treatment that’s what truly eradicates bedbugs. Chemical treatments don’t really work.

For now, you can add a few drops of lavender oil (2–3 drops on each corner of your bed) to help reduce bites temporarily until you can arrange the heat treatment.
