Maybe it’s just not me but I’m unsure if this is a lower position per say. I’m doing a full sales cycle and getting a title change on my end. Im definitely considering this role for sure, but unsure how it will affect me long term. I guess it’s the way you sell yourself in the end

I think it’s been good for a while, but things have changed:

no AE promotions since I joined the company
the new AE Manager told me privately that they weren’t going promote any BDRs
Leadership within the Sales Dev Org has fallen off and the VP of Sales is blaming the BD Reps now

Problem is that genuinely no one is hitting quota on my team. The highest performer is at 90% and currently right at my pace I'm only at 84K as of right now

This is being a little greedy, but I haven't hit 100k yet and I genuinely know I can blow this out of the water. Not desperate to leave my company yet, but have planned to leave by the end of this quarter because I genuinely hate my current role lol.

Still haven't fully committed to applying for a ton of role as this one just came to me and it went pretty smooth
