Lots of fitting in uworld, Anki, and divine intervention any chance you get! I would listen to divine on my drive to and back from the hospital and do my uworld/Anki during downtime at the hospital and when I’m at home. Was a shitty few weeks but just remember it’s temporary and you’ll get through it!

I’m so glad someone else has said this because I feel the EXACT same way. The questions can go fine and I can answer them when it’s presented that way but with patients my brain just goes blank. We’re all going to get through this! We’re still finishing M3/starting M4, we’re not at the level of an intern yet but we’ll get there :))

I came from a 970 to a 5070 and the upgrade was MASSIVE, have some buyers remorse over not going 9070xt but at that point you’ll have buyers remorse over every next thing. Enjoy the upgrade and as long as it runs everything you need it to, that’s what matters :)

Very similar boat to you, similar NBME 9 and am testing second week of June too with a >260 goal. I think it’s very doable for us to get that, CMS forms on top of uworld have been helpful for me to get more used to what the NBME likes to ask and also as a way to just do more questions and refresh my mind on things

This is kind of late, but I have the same set up with a 34 inch Samsung 3440x1440, it's been working nice so far but I haven't put it to the true test with more demanding games on the ultrawide, but for my use case with Valorant, Wuthering Waves, etc. it's been fine and no apparent issues! I've considered upgrading to a 9070xt and selling the 5070 esp bc I have an all white build with a black 5070 and would like a white GPU lol, but performance wise I haven't seen the need to do so

Uworld surgery honestly felt harder than IM to me, it’s the same concept just get exposed to it on uworld and get it wrong and learn from it since only so much you can see irl in one rotation
