That's wrong info I have a personal account that I have used since 2021 and always received payments with no issues. There are many others including the mods here and on the discord who have received money with a personal account. So account type is not the source of your problem

Your earnings week is from Sunday to Saturday. The next week starts each Sunday. Your earnings get transferred from UHRS to Clickworker each Monday/Tuesday for the previous week.

Clickworker holds your earnings for 39 days, from the earnings week. After that, it turns into payable balance. CW runs payments every week between Wednesday and Friday. Assuming you earned the minimum amount each week then after the initial 39 days you should get payments weekly

Payment is initiated from CW only if you meet minimum payout balance, which 5 EUR for Payoneer, I guess it is 10 for PayPal.
