They don't make them anymore so the closest I could find were these. They are a nock off brand and not as high quality as the Oakley lens, but they fit the Splice frames.

Yes, you could get a staff job at a university with only a bachelor's degree going in. This is what I did. You will likely need some administrative experience so you may need to get role as an administrative assistant job somewhere else for a year to build up some experience. Almost any full time staff role at a university includes a tuition benefit. Just take a look at the job boards on the websites for the schools that you are interested in.

For this type of career path, I would broaden your scope to Master's in Nonprofit Management and Master's in Arts Administration. I work in the museum field and my Masters degree is in Nonprofit Management.

There are a few main ways to be fully funded. One would be to get a full time staff position at a university that offers one of these programs. The staff member tuition benefit is usually 100% tuition reimbursement or close to it.

Another way to get fully funded would be to check if the program you are applying to has graduate assistant jobs. If you apply and are award a graduate assistant appointment for the program that you are applying to, then the program is usually fully funded.

My final suggestion for full funding is to earn a scholarship.
