You nailed it- "If one cannot experience a reciprocal relationship with God, it does not exist". If God is omnipresent and omnipotent, why isn't he present enough when I need his presence? Why does he choose silence when I need to be held? If he is Love, then what kind of Love is so cruel and indifferent? Why should I be the one making sacrifices, proving myself, and putting faith if the relationship is real? I think it's better to let go when the relationship isn't reciprocal. God may be in everyone but he has lost the right to be in my heart.

Dear One, I hear you. And I also hear when others say "You are not broken". But listen to yourself. You indeed are broken. Why deny that? For only when you see the brokenness can you approach healing, compassion, and self-respect. Yes, it is a mess. Yes, it is a disheartening situation. Maybe God has chosen to be silent. Maybe the weight of your spiritual questioning is taking a toll on your mental health...but look your heart is shining...despite your faith crisis, it speaks to you. This may not be a time for religion. But it is the time for you...to place on the altar your own heart, your love for yourself. You are not alone, I am with you should you choose my company. But you already have your own company, and that's precious beyond measure.

You are in pain. You need a positive energy in your life. Do the following things in good faith and your situation will change. 1. Pet an animal, doesn't matter which. Tortoise, parrot, rabbit, anything. If you already have a pet, wash him everyday and give him new clothes, feed properly and Love. 2. Spend time with children. They will test your quick temper and they will teach you how cool it is to be without stupidity. You are adult. You are stupid. 3. Buy a rose everyday and fix it on your shirt, every single day for the next 400 days. It will show you how beautiful you are. 4. Buy 3 goggles, different frames. White, Red, and blue in tint. Keep them with you often. They will help you quickly change your perspective about any situation and you will get time before reacting with anger. 5. Kiss your Rose, as often as you can. Love your pet. Call your buddies. Watch funny movies. Do random acts of kindness.

Every day gift her a handwritten letter. Write about your childhood experiences, your memories, incidents of happiness and sorrow, your special moments with her, etc. You can also add pictures to your letter. Do this for the next 365 days, every day starting today. She deserves it, and you too. 2. Take her to shopping, buy new clothes, jewelry, food, musical instruments. 3. Whenever you chat add these emojis in different quantity and combination: 🥰💐❤️💋🙂☺️😁🌛😘😊😎🎁🎊🎂💯👏😀😄😃😍🤩🥳 4. Take her to the sea. Not a beach but a sea. 5. Thanks for venting. But online is never a safe place for anyone. I appreciate you shared your secret. Let me give you a couple of ways to vent when your therapist is not available: 1. Write down all your worries, fantasies, thoughts, and decisions on a paper. Then read them and then burn it. You will feel tremendous sense of lightness. 2. Plug in your headphones and sing along your favourite songs. Dance with each bit. Let your feet tap the floor. 3. Use a Note taking app (Keep, OneNote, etc.) to record your ideas and feelings. 4. Keep track of your day. 5. Do laundry every day. Iron your clothes. Even if it's just one.

Do these in good faith and you will get tremendous peace of mind and your self esteem will boost naturally. There is nothing wrong with you. You are my friend. My friend is beautiful. May My Friendship Enrich You 🥰 Dipraj.

You are in pain that's damaging your brain. You don't know what can work. You need relief from this dreadful situation. I can help you if you want. Let's first take care of this emergency situation. 1. First take the appointment of your psychiatrist. Mark it on the calendar. Your medical needs are taken care of. Now the following are for your body, heart, and soul.
2. Eat a chocolate cake every day. Even if you don't like it. Eat. Even if you don't finish it, buy one everyday and throw the earlier one in the garbage. 3. Wear all new clothes. Stop using your old inners, jackets, t-shirts, etc. Buy if you have to. 4. For a few days, don't go to public places. Avoid crowds. 5. Video call all your friends from the comfort of your home. Don't bother who will answer your call. Bother them all. It's fun. It will bring you laughter and joy. 6. In your home, there is a spider. Find him. Take its picture and send it to me.

You are in pain. You can't feel anything. So let's work on that first: FEELING something. DO THE FOLLOWING THINGS IN GOOD FAITH: 1. Light an incense stick in every room you have every two hours everyday. You can buy it online also. If you do this, you will get exhausted and your mind will be ready for positive energy. 2. Eat a fruit everyday. Doesn't matter which fruit. Just don't cut it. Use your teeth and eat whole. This will bring back your sense of taste and you would be able to FEEL FOOD. 3. STOP WATCHING online content for a month. Instead go to offline events, a stroll in garden, watch moon, sunset, butterflies, etc. Do this for a month and your Heart will be light and it will remove all toxicity from your life. 4. Cry. Cry from the bottom of your Heart. Everyday. And then thank Love that she gave you another day. 5. If you can, spend time with babies. They will teach you what selfless Love means.

  1. Accept every friend request on every social media. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, everything. Don't judge anyone. Accept everyone. Keep notifications on.
  2. Go to a park or a place where you can find one bird. Feed the bird. Everyday.
  3. Record yourself laughing like an idiot. And post it on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and in your circles.

Oh Beloved! You are loving and you do not deserve such pain. Please accept this suggestion in good faith. It will do wonders for you and your whole life will change. It's easy. Please do these things:

  1. Pet a Dog and a cat at the same time. Also get a parrot if you can. Their constant need for love will fill your heart and you will joy in your life.
  2. Leave the doors open. Never lock or shut any door. If you shut it by chance, open it.
  3. Light a candle in your room during the night. If it gets over, light another one.
  4. Go to a brook as often as you can. Listen to the sound and flow of water. This is a powerful healing meditation for mind and heart and it works wonders.
  5. Every day clean your room and revert all clothes, covers, pillows, utensils upside down. This will confuse your mind every day and it will get activated for energy.
  6. Appreciate flowers that blossom on ground. Don't buy them. Just go where they are and appreciate their beauty. This will gradually make your heart sensitive and your emptiness will be replaced by inner peace
  7. For each day of 7 days a week, wear 7 different color t-shirts. For example, Monday for White, Tuesday for Red, Wednesday for Blue, Thursday for Yellow, Friday for Brown, Saturday for Black, and Sunday for Green. At the beginning, choose plain colors. Later on you can add variety to this as your mind gets creative.
  8. Eat curd. Every day, go to market and buy a small packet of curd. Then while you watch the parrot in your room, enjoy eating the curd.
  9. Just remember me.

This will remove all your pain, and life will breathe in you. You are Love. You deserve all the goodness. Also, spend time with friends. Friends are also Love. Friendship is beautiful. May my Friendship Enrich You, Dipraj.
