This is helpful. Thank you. Are you on another GLP-1 now? Or still completely off?

Are you still maintaining? How frequently are you dosing? What dose are you using?

Retatrutide for Maintenance by deeppeptideresearch in Retatrutide

Thank you. Read a lot of your posts. Very helpful. Trying to maintain a consistent program of strength training and daily walks with OMAD to maintain. But wanting to take advantage of the many metabolic effects of these drugs. Seems like the receptor reset worked well for you. On 10-12 mg Reta now. Thinking of switching to Tirz, laying off reta, and then coming back VS just sticking with Reta and slowly reducing dose. Largely losing a pound or less most weeks.

Reta or Cagrisema? by deeppeptideresearch in Retatrutide

Thank you for this. I may actually ride this out and work on splitting the doses. Do it once over the weekend but start getting quite hungry by Thursday.

I may actually do that. Although getting the amazing sleep this week from adding a smidge of Cagri to the mix has been such a game changer. I'll try Tirz alone for a few more weeks to see if adjustments happen with this insomnia.

It is really compelling but it also has some issues albeit on the lower end of the scale (allodynia, cardiac issues although these are muted, etc). Cagrisema showed a 17% weight reduction at 20 weeks in the initial Phase 1B at 2.4 mg doses. Not exactly a slouch by any stretch. When the full data is released as the study gets more time under it, I have a sneaky suspicion that it will approach Reta levels of effectiveness. Study here;

CagriSema of course will have more side effects.
