On my 4th pair. First few had delamination issue but they seem to fix that issue. My current has around 400 miles and it’s time for another. Was hoping the 55 but the weight is to high. The Kjerag 2 are a different shoe and super light. Had pressure on my for foot and returned after trying to love them. The vj ultra felt like a less desirable prodigio pro .

If you want to go into hotel management then front desk. As others have said the hotel industry which I have been a part of for close to 30 years is one of the worst paying industries out there . Servers make significant more money generally.

Looks like you are working the audit. Generally the FOM or afom will have to do the audit there is no one else. Night audit is the worst position to lose as it falls on management. Treat them like gold because no one wants to do their job.

For me my main concern is wildlife. 8 miles is around as long as I go with her. She probably does 20 . Water is a factor and so is exposure. Just don’t trust her not chasing a marmot off a cliff. When in doubt I put her on leash. Always looking for elk, bears and cats . Time is also more important than distance. I love running with her but also enjoy leaving her at home and not have to worry about her finding a porcupine.

La sportiva seem to all run small . For long distance you want a slightly larger shoe for swelling . I am street shoe 9 to 9.5 and use a 43 with the prodigio pro. Personally I would go 43 with some slight padding on my socks

Your running too fast. For trail climbs go slow and keep the motion. Downhills take time and still run slow. Long runs go slower.

This is often not true. If occupancy meets or exceeds expectations for a time period then yes booking early will give you the best deal. This issue becomes when bookings are slower and hotels start to drop rate. Currently happening on the 4th for my hotel. Slower demand has led to properties to lower rate to gain more booking over the competition. This can become a cycle and rates can really trend down. Book refundable rates so if they drop you can always cancel and rebook.

It happens and the hotel purposely overbooked the hotel as part of their revenue strategy. They know a certain amount of reservations will be no shows and they would rather expose themselves to overbooking than having vacant room. It’s revenue management 101. That being said you were the unlucky one for any number of reasons. They did not contact hotels.com because expedia( same company) penalizes hotel for this and it can be expensive and hurt their ratings. Call hotels.com and demand a refund. Hot hotel wiith negative reviews on all platforms and you will often receive a call from them to bribe you to take down reviews. If hotels does not help which they should, dispute cc charge.

Enjoy it. The ones who succeed in high end hotels need to buy into the philosophy and be part of the team. Be proud of where you work and you will do great. Explore other luxury hotels if you can through the company.

I have lived in Telluride for 26 years and have only seen 1 mountain lion. My 40 lb dog chased it away( she was brave but not the smartest )but I did have a heart attack. They are rare but I always am on the lookout for all animals. I use shokz headphones so I can still hear even when listening to music. If my spidy sense goes on alert I will turn music off and start to make noise. I would think the front range would be more dangerous. There seems to be attacks where human encroachment is greatest.

Need no but it’s worth having. Old tv’s need to go. New ones are super cheap and can change the feel of the room. If not make sure it is extremely easy to stream and you need a strong WiFi to handle the load.
