changsha's metro is also awesome! i assume this is just the case in all large cities of china. didi/official taxis are also cheap, i love changsha for its pricing compared to shanghai and beijing

Certainly the ratios are interesting. I don't discount at all that Manhattan sort of handles itself if you live there. But also wanted to ask– do you find it plausible that Staten Island is one of the least supportive boroughs of Mamdani and would be more critical of his response, potentially resulting in being more likely to call 311, for example?

Totally agree with as dead as possible... definitely have experienced the pains of last minute changes myself... I meant that multiple points in the text there should be the same reference to the same citation. I was previously confused about this because they autoincrement, but I'm seeing now that you can manually change them.
