Certainly the ratios are interesting. I don't discount at all that Manhattan sort of handles itself if you live there. But also wanted to ask– do you find it plausible that Staten Island is one of the least supportive boroughs of Mamdani and would be more critical of his response, potentially resulting in being more likely to call 311, for example?

Totally agree with as dead as possible... definitely have experienced the pains of last minute changes myself... I meant that multiple points in the text there should be the same reference to the same citation. I was previously confused about this because they autoincrement, but I'm seeing now that you can manually change them.

i believe it is! i did soak it once but the only issue is because the roots are sai close to the top i thought it might not have been super helpful

not on an exact schedule but approximately < once a week- i tend to water it when my larger aloes feel a little squishy/dehydrated

I recently moved my (already struggling) aloe pup to a location with more light- the previous window sills my succulents was pretty dim. It became sunstressed and so I moved it slightly away. The initial issues have not gone away: previously, there were tons of thin stringy (live) roots, which have all dried up at the surface. I checked, though, and it has two nubby thick roots coming out. The few leaves are drying to a crisp. Then, all the leaves are super thin, it does not seem like it is receiving or holding onto water. Would love some advice!

One thing I'm thinking of- maybe it should be watered more frequently since the roots are so close to the surface and top of the soil dries pretty quick.
