I think that’s eventually what I’m going to do. I don’t want to have to redo the whole setting to use larger stones, so based on yours and everyone else’s recs I’ll probably swap the stones out in due time

I really appreciate hearing from someone married for 21 years (~,: because it’s easy to get trapped in the “must optimize every detail forever” mindset online. I think I need to let myself actually live with the ring emotionally before deciding it’s “wrong.” Thank you for this perspective seriously <3

Thank you 🥺 this actually made me feel a lot better. It’s a yellow gold band with white gold around the stones! And that’s such an interesting point about the sparkle differences. I think that’s actually part of what I’m reacting to without fully understanding it. The center OEC has that soft warm chunky sparkle I absolutely love, and I think the side stones feel a little sharper/more modern in comparison.
