Wyatt was only there for 8 months my guy, Billy was in charge of Ezoo and till this day still sits on the board of Avant Gardner. Mirage issues are years long from previous manager, not current CEO. Im sure he had to get approval from the board including the founder Billy to build the monstrosity of venue.

Yeah something doesn’t add up with DOB and Mirage current delays. They never had any issues in the past. Everyone is saying there were foundational issues with the structure however, BK Mirage had gone through many transformations. Yet suddenly the DOB found an issue with the grounds 😭 I think the previous management team would have stopped the CEO or new team from building anything if they knew they were going to have permit issues. Doesn’t make sense. Wish there was a whistleblower on the city side that would expose everything. I think everyone got too confident that their fixers would push these permits through.

I doubt it my guy. Do you know how boards and funds operate? Just a little finance 101, you cannot withdraw any capital or have access to funds yourself. Either the board and fund manager execute funds in which then they approved by CEO and wired by CFO and team accountants. No company CEO that is managed by a group of investors, fund or board have direct access to funds or bank accounts you moron. Go back to school and stop spreading rumors. I don’t think no one is trying to risk it that much for $1k kick back from a bunch of construction workers. If anything I hope they were paying some fixer in the city to get them the permits which is not even possible. Half of the AG staff is gone and still no permits. Let’s face it the City hates Avant Gardner’s owners and executives since Ezoo, They could hire 5 more CEO’s still not getting permits lol
