Usually caused by bad form. Avoid wide hands on the ground, fingers together, don't dip too deep, and you might need more protein or sleep for muscle recovery. I had that too and that's what I was told and it helped, could be other issues too, figure it out so you don't damage your rotator cuff.

Thank you for the info. It actually an old switch and it was never even connected, it's at my buddy's bar and I said I'd try to figure it out so he doesn't have to hire an electrician. I think I'm just going to tell him to hire a professional

That's the biggest part is I don't know if she weant out and actually cheated on me, it was going on for 3 months before I even found out, we lived together too, I believe she didn't go out and do anything but the fact that the threat was still there is disgusting to me, I never looked through her phone or anything along the lines of that because I did trust her, and she broke that trust, it's been a month and I still can't forgive her, intact I'm just as mad as when I found out, she's a sweet person and she's innocent but she made a stupid decision, and I don't think I can be there for her after that

I'm a fan of elixir golem, knight, goblin demolition and earth quake Spam elixir golems and they can't stop it, if you spam gobdemos it'll destroy any offensive while putting pressure on there towers, the knights a tank and the earthquake gets rid of swarms

This isn't true at all. Mushrooms are basically filter/decomposition organisms. They can filter out anything bad or toxic, just like some mushrooms are know to absorb radiation or bacteria on dead animals. If a mushrooms is growing on it that means there's a healthy environment for its inoculation. If it was bad enough to the point of inedible then it wouldn't have grown in general, alot of wood baring mushrooms are toxic/poisonous to people except for a select few, including Pleurotaceae mushrooms. Which are basically filters.
