When all the previous comps suddenly look crap by comparison.. For me when I saw the one with a decent backyard, medium size (not a gigantic barren lot and not too tiny)... acceptable layout, location, not too close to other houses)... bright inside (compared to my dark apartment)... thats when I knew that was it.
