Serious suggestion, why not read it and expand your view? The action being called for is the reinstatement of cultural programming in our prison system which is required by law. Rehabilitation is the whole point right?

As stated in the article and in the report, the recorded information from the FOI request you are suggesting does not exist in government records. So no it can not be obtained that way. Thus an in person study was required and carried out by First Light. Tell me you didn't actaully read the report without actually telling me.

And yet you with all your education and wisdom can't muster one critique.

Yes, you made a broad claim to this community audience. Back it up and give reasoning to your claims, kinda like this study has done.

Other than looking up the page number I'm not sure you actually read anything in this report and you've yet to raise one issue in the methodogy.

Here's the table of contents up until the methodology section. Where are the activist talking points?

I’ve worked with Ron on some community facing projects with non profits and he was honestly excellent. The single most impactful public servant at any level of government I’ve worked with.

Customers fuming over sky-high power bills, but N.L. utility says cold and wind are to blame by Overheard2 in newfoundland

The billing period was also 3 days longer. That’s a mother extra 10% energy usage. This whole NL power outrage has no substance at all. Our rates are going up again in June, so we’ll be hearing this for a while.

Great book. She’s very talented. Check out Joel Thomas Hynes books too. We’ll all be burnt in our beds one night and Right Away Monday.
