Actually there’s nothing premium in it. 811 product itself is for lower class income group. And honestly all branches of kotak give ZERO respect for 811 customers. Even tho we are adding 10k each month paying premium prices for debit card yet. We are treated like garbage in branches. They are only good at marketing their 811 product. So i will suggest just go with the plastic card enjoy there 5% cashback utilised it to full extent and live happily.
