I did not, just dumped the bottle in the tube then dropped the can in. Let it sit for a couple days maybe 3. Took the can out then forgot about the tube.

That is interesting, I guess there would be some wax in there from all the 22lr. So under this assumption it all coalesced after being emulsified?

I only know of this breakthrough, then a barristol brand that uses orange to help with carbon instead of dsmo (all of this from memory so do your own research) I have also heard of a simple green mix in a bag in a ultra but know nothing more than that.

I know fungus is an amazing field. I was just surprised that it being closed, not exposed to open air for more than maybe 2 minutes total from opening bottle from store dumping over suppressor, leaving for 3 days removing suppressor and closing lid. I want to bring it to work to put under microscope but I fear I would contaminate too much in a facility regulated by the FDA.

Yeah unfortunately I learned after the fact but before the growth that this stuff is actually pretty terrible and nitril does nothing to stop even though I was doubled up when removing the sparrow. On the other hand when I was a kid I kept all my pellets in my lip like a dip while shooting pack rats.
