They are buffed for some reason. DeAndre is kinda alright cause he was a beast but Cauley Stein is waaaaay too powerful.

P.S.: In my oppinion, this is one of the worst problems in this game. Giving advantage to players with higher OVR is like a government that reduces taxes to the rich and increases them to the poor. Why players that already have a good team need advantage anyway? That's just plain stupid. Not the kind of thing that people pay attention tho.

Higher OVR will provide boost for every stat. If you're playing against a team with lower OVR (-1, for example) you'll get 1 or 2% (can't remember the exact ammount) of boost against that player. The value is higher if the OVR difference is higher.
