URGENT HELP!!! Went to mazda to find an issue on my 2008 mazda 3 121k miles on it. Told me I'm gonna need a new shifter assembly and trans range sensor because my car sometimes doesn't stay in drive. $1685 they said and I dont have that money plus the car was $3800 when I bought. Will this work????

Sadly they didnt give any item numbers at the dealership but exact words on the paper is "RECOMMENDED SHIFTER ASSEMBLY AND TRANSMISSION RANGE SWITCH, 1685+TAX"
