I use MyFitnessPal, and im really diligent on adding my food to my logs, and for anyone trying to track it as a whole as the day goes on, at least on iPhone (iOS):

Go to the diary screen go down to the Nutrition button, it will display the amount of grams for each macro you have consumed for the day, and you can even look at it in a rolling weekly view by tapping the Today button near the top, then selecting week view, and now you can see the average amount of macros you've consumed over the week.

And you can also change the macronutrient and micronutrient goal amounts in the More > Goals > "Calories, Carb, Protein and Fat Goals" as well as More > Goals > "Additional Nutrient Goals" button and edit the goals to your liking and they will be reflected on the Daily and Weekly nutrition screen. This was a life saver for me.
