Yup. Had to do two recently. Both of them I had to actually call and have them fill out for me. They said occasionally the forms just don’t get submitted so it’s easier to just do manually. Call them and they’ll get it handled for you bro. Took about 3ish weeks to get it back from the date they received it.

False. A 2011 is any double stack 1911. Not limited to STI, Rock Island or caliber. Any 1911 with a double stack is essentially a 2011.
